Across a supportive group environment, we focus on building calmness, focus, and engagement, alongside essential life skills that we carry through into adulthood.

Throughout your 5 weeks with us, you will learn:
Positive reinforcement theory
Loose lead walking
Handling (for vets/groomers)
Chewing & mouthing
Introducing a marker word
Reliable recall
Polite socialisation
Leave it / drop
Focus around distractions
Jumping up
Teaching our dogs to settle
Household manners
Following on from each session, you will receive a complete summary of everything we covered, and how to progress at home.
Each course also comes with lifelong support via phone or email from Paws & Progress, both during and after your sessions. No question is too silly or big!
More than just training.
Group training is about more than learning skills. They help you build confidence, strengthen your bond, and create happy experiences for both you and your dog.
However...
They AREN'T always suitable for every pup - particularly if they lack confidence or struggle being around other four-legged friends. They also AREN'T the way to resolve reactivity, and can infact often make it worse due to the intensity of the environment!
